Apartment on Argentinienstrase

This compact 46 m² loft apartment in Vienna’s 4th district underwent a complete internal transformation, led by our renovation team. The scope included wall preparation and painting, custom drywall installation, parquet and tile laying, integration of underfloor heating, and precise marble placement. We also handled final plumbing and sanitary installations, custom door fitting, and the installation of a walk-in shower with electric skylight features.

Every surface and system was approached with attention to detail and clear technical coordination. With tight timelines and a high design standard, this project was delivered on schedule and fully prepared for market handover.
